penn fishing reels?

i have a penn peerless no.9 reel. does anyone know what year these were made in?

The Penn Peerless Model 109 is designed for saltwater use and is extremely rugged and reliable. The M-109 is one of Penn’s most famous and preferred reels to be used for fishing from a boat, using a short boat type rod, and dates from the 1950’s to the early 1970’s.

Bottom line is, what does it look like? Suggest you go to E-bay.com and look for this reel. There are several listed.
